Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Shedetics website or purchasing a subscription. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing our quiz, or purchasing a subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Shedetics provides personalised home workout plans, nutrition guidance, and fitness content delivered digitally. After completing a short quiz about your goals, body type, and lifestyle, you receive a customised training plan accessible via our website or app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to personalised plans requires a paid subscription. Subscription options and current pricing are displayed at checkout. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.

Purchases and subscription renewals are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system as part of your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Apple ID account settings before the renewal date. Apple, not Shedetics, charges the payment method on file with your Apple ID for each renewal, and Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions apply to these transactions in addition to these Terms.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS) — Shedetics cannot process cancellations directly, since your subscription is managed by Apple. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Because our workout plans are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical fault or billing error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The workout plans, nutritional information, and other content provided by Shedetics are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of our content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shedetics platform — including workout plans, videos, images, text, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or its content to third parties.
• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shedetics and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
