What Shedetics Does

Shedetics builds a personalised 8-week home workout program around your goals, your level, and the time you actually have. Sessions run 10–25 minutes and are designed to need no gym and no equipment, so they fit into an ordinary day rather than requiring one to be rearranged.

Alongside the workouts, the app provides meal plans, progress tracking for water, weight and steps, wellness challenges, stress-relief sessions, and nutrition and health guides. A short quiz about your goals, body type and lifestyle shapes the plan you receive.
